If you would like to delete your account and associated data from Plan2late, please follow the steps below.

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data, settings, and any premium features you may have purchased.

How to Request Deletion:

To request deletion of your account and data, please:

Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Plan2Plate"
Include the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your username (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

What Data Will Be Deleted:

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Account information (email, username, profile data)
User preferences and settings
App usage data and analytics
Any content you've created within the app
Purchase history and transaction records
Authentication tokens and session data

Data Retention:

Most data: Deleted immediately upon processing your request
Backup systems: Data may remain in backups for up to 30 days
Legal compliance: Some data may be retained as required by law
Anonymous analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
